This Website (https://cars2click.com) is owned and controlled by  Cars2click AB, with registered office at at Barnhusgatan 8, 111 23, Stockholm, Sweden, duly registered at Swedish Companies Registration Office under the number 559192-9053, with a share capital of 50.000 SEK, hereinafter referred to as “Cars2click”.

Through the Website, any professional (hereinafter referred to as “User”) may buy, sell or trade cars with Cars2click (together referred to as “Parties”).

The Parties agree that purchases made through this Website shall be governed exclusively by these Terms of Use, as well as the Terms and Conditions.

By using our Website, the User expressly accepts these Terms of Use and must therefore read them carefully. If the User does not accept the Terms of Use, the User should leave the Website.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

1. The User is free to use the Website provided that he/she respects these Terms of Use and the applicable Policies.
2. The User is solely responsible for the use that he/she makes of the contents of the Website.
3. When using the Website, each User undertakes to:

   h) Not access the Website by methods other than through the interface and in accordance with the instructions provided by Cars2click;
   i) Not carry out any activities that are illegal, dangerous or against good morals through the Website;

3. THE SERVICES OF THE WEBSITE

1. This Website may be used to buy and sell cars with Cars2click, jointly referred to as “Services”.
2. By car, we understand a four-wheeled road vehicle that is powered by an engine and is able to carry a small number of people. Any product which does not fall under the scope of this definition will not be purchased, sold or traded within the Website.
3. In order to access the Services, the User must create an account on the Website,  inserting his/her accurate personal data in the designated brackets.
4. After registering in the Website, in order to sell a car, the User is contacted by an Account Manager in order to know what cars the User has available to sell.
5. Should the User wish to buy a car through the Website, he/she must request a B2B account. The login details are sent via email by an Account Manager. Once the User has the login details, he/she can start using the webshop to buy cars.
6. Any of the procesures described in sections 4 to 5 of the present clause, shall be binding for both parties upon [please complete with the following steps of the negotiation procedure, as there is no further information publicly available on the Website].

4. USE OF THE SERVICES

Cars2click grants all Users a free, non-exclusive and non- sublicensable license to use the Website and the Services in accordance with these Terms of Use, for private or commercial purposes, in the entire world, for 100 years.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PERSONALITY RIGHTS

1. All information, data, articles, text, images, videos to which the user has access through use and also the appearance, organization, layout, or Software code are considered contents of Cars2click.
2. Except as authorized in these Terms of Use or expressly authorized by Cars2click, the User may not copy, modify, alter, publish, broadcast, distribute, sell or transfer, in whole or in part, any information from this Website or the software code.
3. The User maintains the intellectual property rights and the personality rights he/she already holds regarding the contents that he/she sends, publishes or displays in the Website.

6. CARS2CLICK'S LIABILITY

1. Cars2click shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions and/or disconnections in the operational functioning of the electronic system or in the appliance and computer equipment of the Users, caused by reasons beyond the control of Cars2click, that prevent or delay navigation on the Website nor for delays or blockages in use caused by deficiencies or overloading of the Internet or other electronic systems, nor for the impossibility of providing the Services or of allowing access to the Website or its correct operation for reasons not attributable to Cars2click, due to the User, to third parties or to reasons of force majeure.

Consequently, Cars2click will not be liable for any damage that such elements may cause to the User or third parties.

4. Cars2click may, without prior notice, temporarily suspend access to the Website for reasons of maintenance or repair of its systems and make such changes to the Website as it deems appropriate.

The User acknowledges that the use of the Website and the Services may require third-party software subject to licenses from such third parties. 7. COMMITMENT OF THE USER
